Remote Healing (or Distant Healing) uses energy that can take place across any distance that is sent to a recipient since energy can be sent via thought, emotion, and intention. The healing energy directed has intentions to heal so it will be positively affect the recipient. The receiver’s mind and body are infused with light, energy, and information to assist healing on all levels. Sarah, a long time Reiki master, will lead your session.
Repeat sessions recommended for those will chronic or long standing challenges.
Format: Once you have purchased your Remote Healing session, she will contact you to set up a convenient time for the Remote Healing.
Remember this is energetic work and as such transcends physical connection and distance. That’s why we don’t have to meet in person. However please set aside time, just like you would for an in-person appointment, to have the full 45 minutes to meditate and allow the healing.
Results often happen better with a quiet, prepared mind and body. You can prepare for your session by waiting in a quiet space, so not to be disturbed. If you are not sure how to have a quiet mind, Sarah will be happy to spend the first few minutes helping you to sink into a meditative state. Just let her know at the start of the session. It’s important to be in the correct state of mind because your receptivity is a large part of the process.
Our session starts with a phone call where we speak for a few minutes to discuss your main issues. During the session, you will remain in your quiet place and meditate as instructed. You will be fully awake and aware, but focused and peaceful.
Additional rest and a nap is recommend once the session time has ended to let the session take full effect. But setting an alarm clock and being active afterwards is fine as well. If you need to be fully awake after, let Sarah know so that can be included in your personalized session.
