This is a series of three remote Guided Visualization Meditation sessions for one person. This series is recommend for those will chronic or long standing challenges. Repeated sessions will teach you to enter an alpha brain wave state, to use in future as needed. Built in savings are good for the budget minded.
Guided Visualization and Deep Meditation that takes you on a specific, individualized journey through your body, to heal. Some examples: headaches and muscle aches easement; fascial layer softening; to work on blood pressure lowering. This is great for high stress times!
This is an intensive Guided Imagery session. Verbal visualizing will be combined with quiet meditation times . Includes feedback to help you breathe into the alpha brain wave state. You will be fully awake and aware, but focused and peaceful. Your receptivity is key.
Further examples: May help with tension headaches, worry, anxiety. Helps in changing perspective. Calms breathing which may calm heart rate and blood pressure. Helps build deep breathing patterns. Could help immunity by doing imagery down to the cellular level. Helps pain areas throughout the body.
Format: Once you have purchased your Healing package, Sarah will contact you to set up a time convenient for you for the Meditation. You can prepare for your session by waiting in a quiet space, so not to be disturbed. At the appointment time, Sarah will call and speak with you for a few minutes to discuss your main issues. Then she will guide you through a personalized visualization, interspersed with periods of silent mediation for a total of about 15-20 minutes plus coaching and discussion before and after.
The series is designed to focus on the same main issue during each of the 3 sessions.
If possible, it is lovely to nap afterwards to let your body reset and let the session take full effect. If you need to be fully awake after, let Sarah know so that can be included in each personalized session.
